60's Black Faille Turban Hat by Don Anderson leaf print Down fillerDraped and tucked to create the turban look. Right side holds two wide streamers that drop down low giving the hat a asymmetrical look. Fabric is a rich faille in a deep black. Interior is finished with a cream faille. Label is Don Anderson, a native of International Falls, Minn. He studied art at the University of Minnesota and at first planned to be a painter.
