Sleeve: 21"The Char label is one of the best of the hand made leather goods labels from the sixties and seventies. It has a cult like following because of the quality and sheer fabulousness of their pieces. Char made these pieces from approx 1968 to about 1975 76 in Mexico. Some of the best leather craftsman in the world were there at the time and the pieces they made are fantastic. This skirt is wonderful and an excellent example of their work. They hand dyed
