80’s Gold Knit Ruffle Hat by Norman Durand Original tank dress I have taken photos ofStretch knit body is covered with ruffles of gold mesh along with a front side solid gold foil bow. Styled as a stretch knit turban. Dating to the 1970's 1980's. Excellent condition, showing no age or wear. Label is Norman Durand Original. Measuring on the inside, un stretched, it is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side, it is approximately 15 inches but it is hard to gauge due to the ruffles. Don't hesitate to ask questions. Alley Cats
