Incredible Original 1940s Vintage Brown Wool Princess Coat With Braided Robe Details Clothing Bust: 34” (tight 35”)This stunning princess coat was made in the 1940s from soft dark chocolate brown wool. It was cut in the classic fit and flare silhouette of the period with strong padded shoulders, a tightly nipped waist and a flared skirt. Clever geometric tailoring creates a cape like overhang which highlights the shoulders and a beautiful braided robe detail accents the edge and the waist. Two buttons fasten the coat at the waist and there is a hook and eye at the
