30’s Black Velvet Victorian Style Shirred Collar Jacket 90s designer coat 1970's one shoulder maxi dressBeautiful Art Deco Black Velvet Jacket! Lightweight and very soft velvet (possibly silk velvet) jacket has had distressed silk lining removed, except for the waist (see photo). Rolled and padded ruched collar forms a deep V neckline secured with Art Deco buttons and velvet loops at the waist. Straight set in long sleeve, wide at hem. Waist is shirred with rows of elastic (still stretchy!) creating a cinched blouson shape. There is an oval area on back
