There is also an extra tie of black velvet which I worked into where I tied the others

each in a metal base

This is the twin of a dress I have had before and I was so pleased to have it again as it is absolutely beautiful

This gives the dress tremendous texture and richness. The skirt has tons of fabric in it and the combination of chiffon and pleats makes it really move. The hem is hand rolled and stitched so it creates a bit of a ruffled effect. The waist nips in and the bodice has a goddessy draped feel because of the chiffon and pleats. The entire front has a plunged to the waist
